Ordering
All orders placed on the Whisky Boutique online store imply full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Sale, with the buyer acknowledging having read and accepted them prior to placing an order.

Stock Availability
Products are available and delivered while stocks last.
Should an ordered product become unavailable, Whisky Boutique will inform the buyer of the unavailability and may offer the buyer a different product of equivalent quality and price, or where applicable a refund for the products non delivered.
In the event of disagreement on the part of the buyer, Whisky Boutique shall refund the amount paid within fourteen (14) days.
Whisky Boutique reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons and particularly in cases where the quantities ordered whether in one or several orders are abnormally high in comparison to quantities generally ordered by buyers purchasing in their capacity as consumers. In the event that we cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Delivery Information
The cost of delivery of your Order will be displayed to you on our online store.
1. For order to be paid by credit card and paypal, delivery will be arranged in 3 working days upon order confirmation.
But these shipping times may be extended during busy periods or in the event of a short-term closure.
2. For order to be paid by Bank transfer/ Payme / FPS, the buyer must send the payment confirmation to our Whatsapp at +852 9141 2191. Once the payment is confirmed, Whisky Boutique will arrange delivery in 3 working days.
